Terms & Conditions
The terms and conditions outlined below apply to events hosted by Twelve Degrees Wine. For events hosted by me through another company or third party, and where you have made your payment via them, please refer to the respective company’s website for their own terms and conditions.
Entry to Events
All attendees must be aged 18 years or over; Challenge 25 applies and valid ID may be required, with accepted forms including a passport, UK photocard driving licence or a PASS-approved proof of age card (including Scottish-issued PASS cards).
Ticket Transferability
Tickets may be transferred to another person aged 18 or over. Please notify us in advance with the new attendee’s name by contacting hello@twelvedegreeswine.com
Event Changes or Cancellation by the Organiser
We reserve the right to make minor changes to the event details or to cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control. In the unlikely event of cancellation by the organiser, a full refund will be issued.
Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that plans can change. As wines for our tastings are purchased in advance based on ticket numbers, we’re unable to offer refunds once a booking has been made. However, if we’re able to resell your ticket(s), a refund will of course be provided.
Refunds & Processing Fees
Any refunds issued will normally be subject to a small processing fee to cover non-refundable payment processing costs incurred at the time of booking. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. Processing fees are charged by our payment provider and are not retained by us. Where an event is cancelled, postponed or a refund is issued due to the fault of the event organiser, a full refund will be provided and no processing fee will be applied.
