The Wines
The wines determine the experience.
Each Fine Wine Collection tasting is individually curated around the wines selected for that particular evening. Prices start from £125 per person, based on 10 guests and a minimum booking value of £1,250. Final pricing reflects the selection and availability of the wines, as well as the number of guests attending. Experiences featuring particularly rare, prestigious or sought-after bottles will be priced accordingly.
Wines are personally sourced through specialist fine wine retailers, private sellers and reputable auctions. Each wine is carefully assessed for authenticity, provenance and condition, with particular attention given to storage history where this information is available.
Considerable time is invested in researching, sourcing and securing the right bottles to create a carefully considered progression of wines that may not ordinarily be available together.
